If you notice that the left and right lens brightness on your G2 Glasses is inconsistent, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Adjust the brightness
Adjust the display brightness using the Brightness Calibration feature in the app to check the results.
- Restart the glasses
Quickly tap the touchpads on both temples of the glasses five times to restart the device, and then check whether the issue persists.
If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Share logs through the app after the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the app.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the brightness difference between the left and right lenses.
