If you notice that the left and right Lens displays of your G2 glasses are inconsistent, please first confirm whether you are saying that the Menu/AI/Notification layer and the application content layer appear slightly misaligned between the left and right lenses?
- If so, please rest assured that this is an intentional product design. The slight offset between the left and right displays is used to create a "depth perception effect" when viewing with both eyes.
- If this is not the view you are referring to, please provide more details about the problem. It would be very helpful if you could provide us with some photos of the problem.
In addition, please quickly tap the touchpads on both temples of the glasses five times to restart the device and then check whether the issue persists.

- Disable the Wear Detection feature in the app and provide a video showing the inconsistent display between the left and right eyes.
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Share logs through the app after the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the app.
