If you notice that the double-image composite view on your G2 glasses is uncomfortable after wearing the glasses, please use only one eye at a time to check each display:
- Use your left eye to look at the left display and your right eye to look at the right display.
- Then, please let us know whether you notice any differences in the display height, brightness, or image size between the two sides.
If you find that the issue consistently occurs in a specific area of the display, kindly take a photo of it, mark the affected area in the photo if possible, and share it with Even Realities Customer Support Team.
