If your G2 glasses have already been added to the Even Realities App and you can connect them manually, but automatic reconnection keeps failing, follow the steps below.
Update the app and glasses firmware. Make sure the Even Realities App and G2 firmware are updated to the latest versions.

Check background permissions. In your phone settings, grant the Even Realities App the background activity and battery management permissions it needs to keep running in the background. Check whether the issue is resolved.

Remove and re-pair the glasses. If the issue occurs again, remove the glasses in the app and forget their Bluetooth pairing record in your phone settings. Restart the glasses, reconnect them to the app, and check the result.

- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses. Refer to Device & App Information Collection.
- Upload the app logs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
