G2 Enters or Exits Silent Mode Unexpectedly – Even Support Center

If G2 enters or exits Silent Mode unexpectedly, follow these checks.

Update the Even Realities App and glasses firmware to the latest versions.
Check for anything touching the touchpad that could cause accidental touches.
Unpair the glasses in the app and forget their Bluetooth pairing record in your phone settings. Reconnect them and check the result.

The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
After the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
The date and approximate time when the issue occurred.
