If you experience issues with Reminders, such as tasks not appearing or triggering reminders, tasks that cannot be cleared, or tasks that reappear after being cleared, follow the steps below.
Update the Even Realities App and glasses firmware to the latest versions.
Check that your phone has a stable internet connection. Try a different network if possible.
Restart your phone and the glasses. Rapidly tap both temple touchpads five times; a prompt sound indicates that the glasses have restarted.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- After the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and approximate time when the issue occurred.
- A detailed description, including the steps leading to the issue and what happened.
- Photos or videos of the issue, if possible.
