Phone Detects G2 Glasses via Bluetooth, but the Even Realities App Cannot Connect and Shows an Error Code 777

If your phone can detect the Bluetooth signal from your G2 glasses, but the Even Realities app cannot connect to them and displays an error code 777, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Remove and re-pair:
Forget the glasses pairing record in Bluetooth settings on your phone, restart the glasses via the temples or the charging case, and then try connecting again to check the result.
 
Here are two methods to help you restart the glasses:
  • Method 1 - Touchpads: Rapidly tap the touchpads on both temples five times. You will hear a prompt sound indicating that the glasses have restarted.
  • Method 2 - Charging case: Place the glasses correctly into the charging case and connect the case to a power source. Then, unplug and reconnect the power cable to the case rapidly three times within seven seconds. If the indicator light alternately blinks white and orange, it means that the glasses have restarted successfully.
  1. Check the battery power:
Connect the charging case to a power source and check whether the indicator light turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off automatically. This means that the case is charged normally.
 
Then, place the glasses into the charging case correctly and charge them for 10 minutes. When placing the glasses into the case and closing the case lid, please observe whether the indicator light turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off automatically, as it means that the glasses are charged normally. After that, open the charging case lid and try connecting again.
 
If the issue still persists, please provide us with the following information:
  1. The SN (serial number) of your glasses.
  2. Upload the logs through the app when the issue occurs and let us know the time the issue happened.
  3. A screenshot of the connection result in the app, including the error code displayed.
  4. A video showing the indicator light status of the charging case, including both situations: when there are no glasses in the case and when the glasses are placed inside.
