Before troubleshooting, please first meet the following conditions:
Both the app and the glasses firmware have been updated to the latest versions.
Please follow the steps below:
- Check the permission: On your phone, grant the Even app higher background activity and battery management permissions, and ensure that the app is allowed to keep running in the background. Then, check whether the issue is resolved.

- Remove and re-pair: If the issue occurs again, remove the connection in both the app and your phone's Bluetooth settings, and forget the Bluetooth pairing record. Then, restart the glasses and reconnect them to the app to observe whether the issue persists.
If the issue still exists, please provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
