To resolve this issue, please make sure that the glasses are completely removed from the Bluetooth settings of the previously connected phone. After that, try connecting the glasses to the Even Realities app again and check whether the issue is resolved.

- The serial number (SN) of your glasses.
- Share logs through the app and let us know the approximate time when the issue occurred.
