If you cannot discover your Even G2 when trying to add or connect a device, this is usually caused by low battery or an unresponsive system. Try the following steps:
- Ensure both the Even App and Even G2 firmware are updated to the latest versions.
- Verify that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and confirm that the Even App has all required permissions.
First-time pairing: Place the Even G2 in the charging case before searching to ensure smooth pairing.
Previously connected devices: check if the Even G2 is powered on and has sufficient battery. If the battery is empty, please place it in the charging case to charge for a few minutes before trying again.
- If the Even G2 has sufficient battery, but still unresponsive (e.g., software freezes), try restarting it: Alternatively, quickly and consecutively tap five times on both temples to force restart the glasses.
