If changing the Near, Mid, or Far display distance has no noticeable effect, follow these tests.
Compare each display separately. Close one eye at a time and compare the left and right displays. Repeat this several times. Check brightness, display height, clarity, text alignment, and any other abnormalities.
Check movement during adjustment. Adjust Near, Mid, and Far in the app one at a time while quickly switching between your left and right eyes. Use only your right eye to view the right display and check whether the image moves smoothly from left to right. Use only your left eye to view the left display and check whether it moves smoothly from right to left.
Check both eyes without adjustment. Wear the glasses normally and view both displays together. Without changing the distance setting, check whether the image is normal or shows misalignment or other abnormalities.
Check both eyes during adjustment. Change Near, Mid, and Far one at a time and check whether misalignment or other visual issues occur during adjustment.
If the image stays normal during adjustment but the distance still feels unchanged, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- A video showing the position changes on the left and right displays separately while you adjust the display distance.
- Your 3D facial scan data, following How to Use the "Even Try On" App for Facial 3D Scanning, and a front-facing photo of you wearing the glasses normally.
- Your left-eye and right-eye pupillary distance (PD) values.
- Whether the PD values were measured by a third-party optician or at one of our partner optical stores.
