If the left and right G2 displays have different brightness, follow these steps.
Check whether your G2 glasses have the latest firmware. If an update is available, update the glasses and check whether the issue persists.
Use Brightness Calibration in the app to adjust the display brightness.
Quickly tap both touchpads five times to restart the glasses, then check the result.

- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- Upload the logs through the Even Realities App after the issue occurs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the brightness difference between the two displays.
