A slight offset between the Menu, AI, or Notification layer and the application content layer on the left and right displays is an intentional design that creates a depth effect when viewed with both eyes.
If the difference you see does not match the slight offset described above, follow the steps below.
Check whether your G2 glasses have the latest firmware. If an update is available, update the glasses and check whether the issue persists.
Quickly tap both touchpads five times to restart the glasses, then check the result.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
Turn off Wear Detection and record a video showing the difference between the left and right displays.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- Upload the logs through the Even Realities App after the issue occurs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- Details of the inconsistency you are observing and, if possible, photos showing it.
