If the display on your G2 glasses looks blurry or you experience visual discomfort while using the glasses, follow the steps below.
Check the glasses firmware. Check whether your G2 glasses have the latest firmware. If an update is available, update the glasses and check whether the issue persists.
Test each eye separately. Cover one eye at a time and look at the display area. Check whether the image is clear and whether you feel discomfort when using the left eye only, then the right eye only.
Test both eyes together. Check whether the combined image is clear and whether there is double vision, blurriness, or another visual abnormality.
If either eye shows blurriness or discomfort when tested separately, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- Whether the issue started after an app or firmware update. If possible, please send screenshots of the Glasses Info page and the app version.
- Your prescription, including pupillary height (PH) and pupillary distance (PD).
- Whether distant, intermediate, or near objects look unclear, or whether the issue occurs only under specific lighting conditions.
- Front and side photos of how you wear the glasses when the issue occurs.
- Whether you have had vision correction surgery and, if so, which type.
If each eye is clear and comfortable separately but the combined view is blurry or uncomfortable, please send the information listed above. Also keep the glasses connected to the app and upload the device logs after the issue occurs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
