If Head-Up Display works when looking down but not when looking up, follow these checks.
Turn off Wear Detection and check that the glasses are not in Silent Mode. Press and hold the touchpads on both temples simultaneously for 1 second to enter or exit Silent Mode. Repeat the action to check the mode.
Check whether your G2 glasses have the latest firmware. If an update is available, update the glasses and check whether the issue persists.
If the settings are correct and the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- Upload the logs through the Even Realities App after the issue occurs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
