What is "Even Try On"?
To help us more quickly and accurately troubleshoot and identify the root causes of a poor user experience, We have launched "Even Try On".
The "Even Try On" App is specifically designed to create a 3D model of users' facial features. When using Even G2, if you encounter any issues regarding frame fit, wearing comfort, or the lens display, and are willing to share the facial 3D data generated by the app with us, Even Realities can perform a precise "troubleshooting diagnosis" based on your unique facial contours.
This allows us to quickly pinpoint the cause of the discomfort and provide the most effective solution.
If you are willing to share your facial data with us, please follow the steps below:
Preparation
- System Requirements: The App is currently only supported on iPhone 10 or systems running iOS 14 and above; an Android version is not yet available.
- Installation Method: Please install it via Apple's TestFlight platform.
- Note: If TestFlight is not already installed on your phone, please download the app first before proceeding.
- Click the exclusive link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/dDdkxTPh, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and launch.
Privacy and Data Protection Commitment
- The "Even Try On" App can be used independently without an internet or Bluetooth connection.
- The generated 3D data is encrypted and remains strictly on your local device. We will never upload or store the data on any network servers.
- Whether to share your facial 3D data with Even Realities is entirely your decision.
- We promise: Any facial 3D data you voluntarily provide will solely be used to evaluate your glasses' fit and comfort. This data will never be used for any other purposes, nor will it be shared with any third parties.
Save 3D Data
Step 1: Choose the Data Storage Location
a. After opening the App, tap on "Save to …" on the screen and select the folder where you want to store the data files; simply selecting the default "TryOn" folder is fine.
