For some troubleshooting cases, you may need to provide photos showing both the inner and outer sides of your R1 ring. Please refer to the examples below when taking the photos.
Inner side: Show the inner surface of the ring, including the area over the battery, as shown below. Keep the ring intact when taking the photo.
Outer side: Show the ring's exterior with the logo visible, as in the example below.
