If the R1 battery level displayed in the Even Realities App suddenly changes by more than 5%, check whether this happens just as the ring connects to the app.
If it does, the device voltage may fluctuate temporarily when the connection is established. Monitor the battery level in the app to see whether it returns to normal.
If the sudden change occurs at another time, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) and Bluetooth device name of your ring (EVEN R1_****).
- After the issue occurs while the R1 ring is connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the sudden battery level change in the app.
