If the charging dock indicator does not turn on when you place your R1 ring on the dock, follow these steps.
Test the charging dock. Connect the empty dock to a 5V power adapter. Check whether the indicator turns white for approximately 3 seconds and then turns off automatically.
Test the ring. If the dock indicator behaves as described above, wait for 5 seconds, then place the ring on the dock in the correct orientation. Check whether the indicator turns on for approximately 3 seconds and then turns off automatically.
Try another power adapter. Check whether the issue persists when using a different adapter.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your ring.
- Photos of the inner and outer sides of your ring. The inner-side photo should show the area over the battery. Refer to How to Take Photos of Your R1 Ring for Troubleshooting.
