If you notice that Even AI can recognize your voice commands correctly but executes them incorrectly, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the Even Realities app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the voice command you gave and the processed result from Even AI.
