If you notice that Even AI fails to recognize your voice commands and then it reports an error before you finish speaking, please switch to a different network on your phone (for example, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data) and check whether the issue occurs again.
If the issue persists, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the error message displayed in the app after you speak the voice command or content.
