If you noticed that you can wake up Even AI by voice and it can recognize your voice commands, but Even AI does not respond with an error, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the Even Realities app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- Photos showing the error message displayed and error code in the app and on the glasses.
