If you notice that your G2 glasses display a "Bluetooth Error" message after you wake up Even AI, please first check whether there is an issue with the Bluetooth connection.
If the Bluetooth connection and the device functions are working normally, but the Bluetooth error still occurs when using Even AI, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
