If you noticed that you can wake up Even AI by voice and it can recognize your voice commands, but Even AI provides poor/incorrect responses, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the Even Realities app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- Photos showing the question you asked and the response provided by Even AI.
