- We recommend using this feature in a relatively quiet environment and then checking whether the issue persists.
If the issue still occurs after confirming that the correct language is selected, please provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- A video showing the selected "Speech Language" settings and the app's recognition and transcription results after you speak the voice content in the corresponding language.
