If your phone can detect your R1 ring via Bluetooth, but the Even Realities App cannot connect to it, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Remove the pairing record
Forget the pairing record of R1 from the Bluetooth settings of your phone, and then try pairing and connecting again to check the results.
- Restart the ring
Place the ring correctly on the charger and keep the charger connected to a power source. Once the indicator lights for three seconds and turns off automatically, quickly tap the touch area on the ring five times to restart the R1, and then try connecting again.
- Restart the phone
Restart your phone and try connecting again to check the result.
If the issue still persists, please provide us with the following information:
- The Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****) of your R1 and your app account.
- Upload the logs through the app after the issue occurs.
- Let us know the exact time when the issue occurred.
