Please grant the Even Realities app higher background activity and battery management permissions in the system settings of your phone, and make sure the app is always allowed to run in the background.

After that, manually connect the R1 to the app and observe whether the R1 can automatically reconnect to the app afterward.
If the issue still persists, please provide us with the following information:
- The Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****) of your R1.
