If your Even Realities App finds an R1 ring with "DFU" in its name, please follow the instructions in the Even Realities app to connect to the detected DFU ring and perform the firmware upgrade. Then, check whether the issue can be resolved.
If the issue still persists after multiple attempts, please provide us with the following information:
- The SN (serial number) and Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****) of your R1 ring.
- A screenshot of the connection results in the app.
