If the Even Realities App cannot find your R1 ring after a previous connection, follow these steps.
Check charging. Place the ring correctly on the powered dock for 10 minutes. Check whether the indicator turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off. Try connecting again.
-
Remove old pairing records. Forget the R1 ring in the previously connected phone’s Bluetooth settings and remove it from the corresponding Even Realities App account.
Place the ring correctly on the powered charging dock. Wait until the indicator turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off automatically. Quickly tap the touch area on the ring five times to restart it.
Keep the ring and phone away from other Bluetooth devices, then try connecting again.
Check the Bluetooth signal. Download nRF Connect and check whether it can detect the R1 ring’s Bluetooth signal.
Drain the battery. Leave the ring unused for 3 days to drain the battery completely. You may place a wet tissue on the touch area to speed up the drain. Charge the ring for 10 minutes, then try connecting again.
