If R1 has already been added to the Even Realities App and you can connect it manually, but automatic reconnection repeatedly fails, follow the steps below.

Check background permissions. Grant the Even Realities App the background activity and battery management permissions it needs in your phone settings. Make sure it can keep running in the background.
Check automatic reconnection. Manually connect R1 to the app, then check whether it can reconnect automatically afterward.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The Bluetooth device name of your R1 ring (EVEN R1_****).
- After R1 is manually connected to the app and the issue occurs, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- Whether there are other Bluetooth devices causing interference nearby.
