If R1 has been added to the Even Realities App but cannot connect automatically or manually, follow these steps.
Charge the ring. Place it correctly on the powered dock for 10 minutes. The indicator should turn on for 3 seconds and then turn off. Try connecting again.

Remove the pairing record. Forget R1 in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and remove it from your app account.
Place the ring correctly on the powered charging dock. Wait until the indicator turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off automatically. Quickly tap the touch area on the ring five times to restart it.
Try connecting again.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The Bluetooth device name of your R1 ring (EVEN R1_****).
- Upload the logs through the app and tell us the exact time when the issue occurred. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- Whether the app can find the ring during a scan after it has been unpaired.
