If your phone can detect R1 over Bluetooth but the Even Realities App cannot connect to it, follow these steps.
Remove the pairing record. Forget R1 in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then try pairing and connecting again.

Restart the ring. Place the ring correctly on the powered charging dock. Wait until the indicator turns on for 3 seconds and then turns off automatically. Quickly tap the touch area on the ring five times to restart it.
Restart your phone. Try connecting again.
If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The software version of the Even Realities App.
- The Bluetooth device name of your R1 ring (EVEN R1_****).
- The email address for your app account.
- Upload the logs through the Even Realities App after the issue occurs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
