If you notice that the charging status or battery level of your G2 glasses in the Even Realities App does not update while charging, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Restart the glasses through the touchpads
Rapidly tap the touchpads on both temples five times. You will hear a prompt sound indicating that the glasses have restarted. Then, place the glasses into the charging case and close the case lid, and observe the result.
- Restart the device through the charging case
If the issue occurs again, place the glasses correctly into the charging case and connect the case to a power source. Then, unplug and reconnect the power cable to the charging case rapidly three times within seven seconds.
If the indicator light alternately blinks white and orange, it means that the glasses have restarted successfully. Then, check whether the issue persists.
If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
- A video showing the status of the indicator on the charging case when the glasses are placed into the charging case while the charging case is connected to power. Please also show the changes in the charging status displayed in the app.
- Upload the logs through the app after the issue occurs while the glasses remain connected to the app.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
