Knowledge Base (Beta) and Conversate Pro Mode share a usage allowance for their AI processing. The allowance resets every 30 days, starting from when you first use it.
Even AI usage does not count toward this Beta allowance.
Check your remaining credits
You can view your remaining credits in three places in the Even Realities App:
- The Conversate Pro Mode introduction card.
- The Sources page in Knowledge Base.
- Your personal information card in Settings.
What happens when credits run out?
The following capabilities are affected:
- Conversate AI Cues returns to the standard model.
- Insights is no longer generated automatically after a conversation.
- Knowledge Base stops updating automatically.
- You cannot upload new files to Knowledge Base.
You can still:
- Save Conversate sessions and sync them to the cloud.
- Ask Even AI about information in Knowledge Base.
- Use Ask anything about Knowledge Base within Knowledge Base.
If credits run out during a Pro Mode conversation, AI Cues continues using the advanced model until that conversation ends. The extra usage does not reduce your next allowance.
