Knowledge Base (Beta) organizes information about you into a personal knowledge tree. Even AI and Conversate can use this information to provide responses and suggestions that are more relevant to you.
You can review your personal knowledge summary, explore individual nodes in the knowledge tree, and ask questions about the information it contains.
Knowledge Base (Beta) is available in version 2.4.0 and later.
Set up Knowledge Base
Knowledge Base requires Use AI Memory. To use your Conversate history, it also needs permission to access Conversate records backed up to the cloud. These permissions are available in Privacy settings.
- On the home page of the Even Realities App, tap the Knowledge Base icon.
- Tap Set up, then Continue.
- Enable the required permissions, then tap Continue again.
- Enter a name. It helps AI identify information about you and does not have to be your real name.
- Select your industry to help AI identify relevant information.
- Select the language for your knowledge tree.
- Select the Conversate records to use as sources.
- Tap Create Knowledge Base. Initial generation takes about 3–5 minutes.
Explore and update your knowledge tree
Open the Knowledge Base card to view your personal knowledge summary and knowledge tree. Tap a node to see its details, or use Ask anything about Knowledge Base to ask questions about your information.
To add information or correct an inaccurate summary, enter the relevant details in the Ask Anything field. If your phone's keyboard supports voice input, you can use it to enter this information.
To review questions you have asked in Knowledge Base, open Chat History in its Settings.
Manage sources
The Sources page has two tabs: Records for Conversate records and Files for uploaded documents.
Manage Conversate records
The Records tab lists Conversate records that have been backed up to the cloud. Records stored only on your phone do not appear there. If a record is missing, check the Conversate cloud backup setting in Privacy settings.
Cloud backup alone does not add a record to Knowledge Base. In the Records tab, select the records you want to include or remove, then tap Sync now to apply the changes.
You can add more records manually or include future conversations automatically. To enable automatic sync, open Knowledge Base, tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, select Settings, then turn on Auto sync new Conversate records.
If you delete a Conversate record, its corresponding content is also removed from the knowledge tree after the update has synced.
Upload files
The Files tab lists your uploaded documents. Tap Add to upload documents from your phone as additional sources. Each file can be up to 5 MB, with no limit on the number of uploaded files.
New files awaiting sync are marked Pending sync. Tap Sync now to apply the pending changes.
Review updates and settings
Update history shows changes made to your Knowledge Base. Completed changes cannot be undone through update history.
In Settings, you can manage automatic sync, change the content language, and update your industry.
Beta credit limits
Knowledge Base shares a credit allowance with Conversate Pro Mode. It resets every 30 days from when you first use the allowance. Check the remaining credits on the Sources page or on your personal information card in Settings, which also shows the next reset time.
When credits run out, Knowledge Base stops updating automatically and you cannot upload new files. You can still ask questions within Knowledge Base, ask Even AI about it, and delete content. After credits reset, you can request an update manually from source management.
