If you are experiencing a charging issue with your R1, our Support team may ask you to provide a short video. This helps us identify the issue more accurately.
Please record the following:
- Connect the charging dock to power without placing the ring on it. Show the charging indicator clearly.
- Place the ring on the charging dock and record what happens.
- Remove the ring from the charging dock and record what happens.
Keep the ring, charging dock, and charging indicator clearly visible throughout the video.
