If you notice that the indicator light does not turn on for 3 seconds when the R1 ring is placed on the charging dock to charge, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Test the charging dock
Connect the charging dock by itself to a 5V power adapter and check whether the indicator light turns white for approximately 3 seconds and then automatically turns off.
- Test the ring
If it does, wait for 5 seconds and then place the ring onto the charging dock in the correct orientation. Check again whether the indicator light turns on for approximately 3 seconds and then automatically turns off.
- Change the adapter
Try using a different power adapter and observe whether the issue persists.
If the issue still persists, please provide the following information:
- The serial number (SN) of the ring.
- A video taken from a top-down (vertical) angle showing:
- The indicator light behavior after the charging dock is connected to power by itself.
- The indicator light behavior of the charging dock after the ring is correctly placed on it.
- The light behavior on the inner side of the ring while it is placed on the charging dock.
