R1 Ring Battery Level Fluctuates by More Than 5% in the Even Realities App

If the battery level of your R1 ring displayed on the Even Realities App changes drastically, with changes exceeding 5%, kindly first confirm whether the issue occurred at the movement of the ring successfully connected to the app.

  • If so, we would like to let you know that the device voltage may fluctuate temporarily when the connection is established. Please continue monitoring the ring's battery level in the app for a while to see whether it returns to normal.
  • If not, please provide the following information:
  1. The serial number (SN) of the ring and its Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****).

  4. A video showing the abnormal battery level change in the app.
