If you notice that the battery level of your R1 ring in the Even Realities App continues to decrease while charging, please provide the following information with the Even Realities Customer Support Team:
- The serial number (SN) of the ring and its Bluetooth device name (EVEN R1_****).
- Share logs through the app after the issue occurs while the ring is connected to the app. How To Upload Logs
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the abnormal battery level issue in the app.
