If you are experiencing a charging issue with your G2, our Support team may ask you to provide a short video. This helps us identify the issue more accurately.
Please record the following:
- Connect the charging case to power without placing the glasses inside. Show the indicator light clearly.
- Place the glasses in the charging case and record what happens.
- If the orange indicator continues flashing, open the case and gently press down on both ends of the glasses with both hands. Show whether the indicator continues flashing.
- Remove the glasses from the charging case and record what happens.
Keep the glasses, charging case, and indicator light clearly visible throughout the video.
