If Even AI recognizes speech inaccurately, follow these checks.
Make sure the selected Speech Language is correct.
Try the feature in a relatively quiet place and check the result.
If the language is correct and the issue persists, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- After the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the selected Speech Language and the app’s recognition and transcription results when you speak in that language.
