If saying “Hey Even” does not wake up Even AI, follow these steps.
Make sure Hey Even voice wake-up is enabled in the app.
In Translate and Conversate, select Glasses as the audio input source. Check whether audio is captured and content appears in the app and on the glasses.
Switch the input source to Phone and check whether audio is captured and content appears.
If Hey Even is enabled and the Glasses input source works in both Translate and Conversate but voice wake-up still fails, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- After the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
- A video showing the result in the app and on the glasses when you say “Hey Even.”
