If you see a "Bluetooth Error" message after waking up Even AI on your G2 glasses, please check whether the Bluetooth connection is working normally.
If the Bluetooth connection and device functions work normally but Even AI still reports a Bluetooth error, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The serial number (SN) of your G2 glasses.
- After the issue occurs while the glasses are connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
