Even Al Can Be Woken Up by Voice but Cannot Recognize Voice Commands

If you noticed that you can wake up Even AI by voice, but it cannot recognize your voice commands, please provide the following information to the Even Realities Customer Support Team:

1. The serial number (SN) of the glasses.
2. Upload the logs after the glasses are connected to the app and the issue has occurred. How To Upload Logs
3. The date and time when the issue occurred.
4. A video showing the selected "Speech Language" settings and the app's recognition and transcription results after you speak the voice content.
