If health data from your R1 ring is missing, follow the steps below.
-
Check Health tracking. In the Even Realities App, go to Privacy and make sure Health tracking is enabled.
Check the R1 firmware. Check whether your R1 ring has the latest firmware. If an update is available, update the ring and check whether the issue persists.
-
Check when R1 last connected to the app. Check whether the ring last connected to the Even Realities App within the past 48 hours.
If R1 has not connected to the app for more than 48 hours, older data may be compressed and lose some precision because the ring has limited onboard storage.
Keep R1 connected to the app regularly to receive complete and accurate health data.
If R1 connected within the past 48 hours, drain and recharge it. Leave the ring unused for 3 days to drain the battery completely. You may place a wet tissue on the touch area to speed up the drain. Charge the ring for 10 minutes, then try connecting again.
If the issue persists after these checks, please contact us with the following information so we can investigate:
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- The Bluetooth device name of your R1 ring (EVEN R1_****).
- After the issue occurs while the R1 ring is connected to the Even Realities App, upload the app logs. Follow How To Upload Logs.
- Which data is missing, such as sleep, heart rate, or other health metrics.
- The date and time when the issue occurred.
