After wearing the R1 ring for several days, health metrics such as heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen are recorded normally, but the Temperature page remains blank or shows no data.
How It Works
Focus on Sleep: The R1 ring measures Sleep Temperature Deviation. It tracks temperature fluctuations specifically during your sleep cycles to assess health trends. The ring does not collect or display real-time temperature data during daytime activities.

Baseline Calculation Mechanism
Requirement: At least 2 nights of valid sleep data within a 7-day period are needed to calculate your baseline.
Data Display: Your first temperature reading will be generated after the 3rd successful sleep cycle following the baseline calculation.
Troubleshooting & Solutions
If your temperature data is missing, please follow these steps:
1. Verify Wearing Duration
Confirm if you have worn the ring consistently for at least 3 nights during sleep.
Note: If you missed a night of sleep or if the data is still syncing in the early morning, the reading may be delayed. We recommend checking again after 3 consecutive nights of wear.
2. Check App Status Indicators Tap to expand the Temperature details page and check the status message:
If it shows "Collecting baseline": This is normal. It means the ring is working correctly and is in the process of building your personal profile. Please continue wearing the ring to sleep.
If it shows a "Blank Chart" with no message: This may indicate a data sync or hardware detection issue. Please proceed to the next step.
3. Self-Fix & Support If you have met the wearing requirements but the page is still blank, please follow these steps to help our technical team locate the issue:
Connect Device: Ensure your ring is actively connected to the App.
Upload Log: Go to the App settings and "Upload Log." (This must be done while the ring is connected so that hardware logs are included).
Contact Support: Locate your device SN—found on the packaging or in the "Device Info" section of the App—and contact our Service Team. We will perform a deep technical analysis based on your uploaded logs.
