How AI memory works
When AI memory is enabled, Even AI may draw on context or information from your past interactions, relevant files, and records to deliver more personalized outputs across Even AI, Conversate, Knowledge Base, and other features powered by Artificial Intelligence technology. This means that the responses you receive or the outputs generated by relevant features may reflect your historical conversations and interactions.
Please note: AI memory is not a cloud sync or storage service for your historical data. It is a dynamic, real‑time personalization mechanism. As you continue using our features, the AI memory may evolve, and it does not constitute a complete or permanent record of your preferences or information.
What are the data sources for AI memory
AI memory leverages interaction data collected when you use our AI‑based services—including Conversate, Even AI, Translate, Teleprompt, and Knowledge Base. Specifically, this includes the queries you submit, the responses you receive, any explicit feedback you provide, and other contextual signals generated during your sessions. Such data is processed to create and maintain contextual memory to personalize your subsequent interactions.
How your data is used
- Personalizing Even AI, Conversate, and related features to better suit your needs
- Not used for AI model training
- Not used for advertising or marketing purposes
What is the legal basis for processing
We process your data for AI memory solely on the basis of your explicit consent. AI memory is only enabled if you have actively opted in, either by agreeing during your first login, or by turning on the “Use AI Memory” toggle via Settings > Privacy > Use AI Memory at any time.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling this setting. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities that have already taken place prior to the withdrawal.
How to manage your memories
You are always in full control. You can enable or disable AI memory at any time via Settings > Privacy > Use AI Memory.
- If disabled, Even AI and Conversate will operate based solely on the current session, without reference to past interactions.
- If enabled, Even AI and Conversate may draw upon context from across sessions to provide more helpful and relevant outputs.
Please note: AI memory is independent of File and Record Cloud Sync. Toggling AI memory on or off does not affect the storage status of your files and records. If you wish to permanently delete certain history or files from the cloud, please manage that separately via Settings > Privacy > File and Record Cloud Sync.
How we help protect your sensitive information
Even AI is designed not to proactively remember sensitive information, such as health, financial, or identity details—unless you explicitly ask it to. We implement necessary technical, organizational, and contractual measures to safeguard your data. However, given the nature of AI technology, if you have concerns about data sensitivity or require a higher level of confidentiality in your usage scenarios, we recommend turning off AI memory for added peace of mind.
