Privacy Notice for Data Management

Even Realities is committed to protecting your privacy while delivering the best possible experience. Where we intend to process your data for purposes beyond those strictly necessary for service delivery, such processing will only occur upon obtaining your explicit consent, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To give you meaningful choice and control, we have organized these scenarios into distinct programs below, each with a specific purpose and dedicated consent management. You can find full details by clicking the corresponding links.

• Health Data
  • With Health tracking enabled, Even R1 collects relevant health data, all of which are initially processed on your local device via the Even App. This facilitates basic analysis covering step, calorie tracking, heart rate, HRV, and SpO₂.
  • With Health data cloud computing enabled, your health data will be transmitted to the cloud for valuble helath insight, including Productivity Score, Sleep Score, and temperature-related assessments. And your health data can be accessed across multiple devices associated with the same account. You may refer to the Privacy Notice for Health Data for full details.
• Feature records backups: Allows you to backup records and files generated through features such as Conversate, Teleprompt, and Translate to the cloud for cross-device access and data management. Cloud backup settings for each feature are independent, meaning you can separately manage whether Records and files associated with Conversate, Teleprompt, and Translate are synced to the Cloud.
  • When you enable records backup:
    • Existing records and files stored on your device for the selected feature(s) will be backed up to the cloud.
    • Any future records and files generated through the selected feature(s) will also be automatically backed up to the Cloud.
  • When you disable records backup:
    • Future records and files generated through the selected feature(s) will no longer be synced to the Cloud.
    • Records and files that have already been synced to the Cloud will remain stored unless you choose to delete them from the cloud.
  • Deleting backup data from cloud:
    • You may select “Delete backup data from cloud” to delete all records or files associated with the relevant features from the cloud. This action permanently removes the synced Cloud data and cannot be reversed once completed.
    • Deleting backup data from cloud does not affect the storage status of any corresponding records or files stored locally on your device.
  • Manage individual records and files:
    • You may delete individual records or files from the relevant feature pages. When deleted, the corresponding records or files will be removed from both your device and the cloud backup (if applicable).
• AI Memory: Allows AI to remember context from your past conversations and interactions to personalize outputs across Even AI, Conversate, and Knowledge Base. You may refer to the Privacy Notice for AI Memory for full details.
• Help improve our user experience: Share your usage data to help us optimize our software, hardware, product performance, and overall user experience. You may refer to the Privacy Notice for User Experience Improvement for full details.

Your Control and Choices

You are always in full control of your data. You can manage your preferences for any of the above programs at any time through: Settings > Privacy

Through your Privacy Settings, you may:

• Enable or disable each program/option individually
• Grant or withdraw your consent for specific data uses
• Back up your data to cloud and manage your backed up data

Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities that have already taken place prior to the withdrawal.

How Your Data Is Protected

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of all personal data processed through our programs. Regardless of which feature or option you enable, your data is protected by a comprehensive set of technical, organizational, and administrative measures, including but not limited to:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry‑standard protocols.
• De‑identification and Anonymization: Wherever feasible, we apply de‑identification, anonymization, or aggregation techniques to your data to ensure that the processed information cannot be re‑identified or linked back to you as an individual.
• Access controls: We implement role‑based access control (RBAC), enforce the principle of least privilege, and require multi‑factor authentication (MFA) for relevant internal systems.
