Notification

Function Introduction：

The Even G2 allows you to receive and view mobile notifications on the glasses. You can manage these alerts through corresponding settings.

Before You Start

To use this feature, one essential authorization is required:

1. Go to the Even App on your phone, find [Settings] then select [Notification].
2. Enable Notification Access for the Even App.This permission is essential for your glasses to receive incoming messages.

Launching Notifications

Launch from the "Menu"

You can quickly launch "Notifications" using your Even G2 and Even R1 devices:

1. Long-press the TouchPad on the ring or glasses temple to open the main "Menu".
2. Swipe up or down to select the "Notification" option, then tap to confirm and launch it. All notifications will be displayed in the screen foreground.

Viewing & Managing Notifications

Viewing

• Easily manage messages on the glasses: Swipe up/down on the ring or forward/backward on the glasses TouchPad to browse through the previous/next notification.
• Tap the TouchPad to mark the current notification as "Read", removing it from the glasses list.

Unread Message Alert

• On the glasses Dashboard, you’ll see an indicator showing the number of unread messages.
• The system stores up to 10 of your most recent notifications.

Notification Settings

You can control how notifications are displayed via the Even App based on your preference.

Notification Master Switch

• When turned OFF, no notifications from your phone will be pushed to your glasses.

Auto Display

• ON: New notifications will immediately pop up in the foreground on the glasses. Other apps running in the background (e.g., Navigation, Teleprompter) will continue without interruption.

1. Tap the TouchPad: Mark as Read and close.
2. Double-tap the TouchPad: Dismiss the pop-up and return to the previous app.

• OFF: New notifications will not pop up automatically. You still need to manually enter the "Notification Center" via the "Menu" to view all messages.

Display Time

• This setting controls how long new notifications automatically stay in the foreground on the glasses.

Apps (Application Management)

• Manage notification permissions for individual apps by turning them ON or OFF.
• Note: Only apps that have previously sent a notification will appear in this management list. The Even App does not scan or access a list of all apps installed on your phone, fully respecting your privacy.
