Even Realities Developer Network Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 23th, 2026

These Terms govern membership of the Even Realities Developer Network (ERDN). They apply from the moment you apply and for as long as you are a member. By submitting an application or participating in ERDN, you agree to these Terms.

They work alongside the Even Hub Developer Platform Terms of Service ("Developer Terms"), which continues to govern your development and publication on Even Hub, and the Even Hub Developer Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your application and membership data.

"Even Realities", "we", "us" and "our" have the meanings given in the Developer Terms.

1. What ERDN is

ERDN is a programme through which Even Realities works more closely with selected developers building for Even Realities devices. Membership is a relationship, and it does not create a partnership, a joint venture, an agency or an employment relationship between you and Even Realities.

Membership does not make you an agent of Even Realities or authorise you to make any statement, commitment or representation on our behalf.

2. Applying

Apply through the ERDN application form. You must give accurate information, and you must tell us if it changes materially while your application is open.

We select members at our discretion. We consider what you have built, what you plan to build, the fit with our platform and the capacity of the programme. We do not commit to a decision within a fixed period, and we do not give reasons for every decision.

You must hold, or be eligible to hold, an Even Hub developer account and have accepted the Developer Terms.

We process the information in your application as described in the Even Hub Developer Privacy Policy. We keep an application that is not accepted for 24 months from the date we tell you the outcome, so that we can consider your next application against your earlier one, and we then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to privacy@evenrealities.com.

3. Membership benefits

Benefits are made available at our discretion, depend on availability, and can change. The list below describes what the programme currently offers.

Benefits listed on a page, in a form or in a presentation describe what the programme aims to offer. They are not a guaranteed entitlement, a service level, or a commitment that any specific opportunity, introduction, grant or piece of hardware will be provided to you.

Nothing here commits Even Realities to pay you, to fund your project or to buy your work. Where we do provide funding, hardware or another resource, the terms of that specific support are agreed separately and in writing.

4. What we expect from members

• Keep your contact and account details current, and respond when we reasonably need information from you.
• Follow the rules of the official Even Realities Discord community in community channels.
• Keep confidential information confidential, as set out in Section 7 of the Even Hub Developer Platform Terms of Service.
• Do not present yourself as an employee, spokesperson or authorised representative of Even Realities.
• Where you publicly promote or review an Even Realities product, and you have received a device, funding or another benefit from us, say so clearly and close to the statement.
• Comply with applicable law, including export control and sanctions rules, in what you build and where you distribute it.

5. Using each other's names

You may state that you are a member of the Even Realities Developer Network, using the programme name in plain descriptive wording. Do not use Even Realities logos, product images or other brand assets in your own branding, packaging, app icon or store listing without written permission from us.

You grant Even Realities a non-exclusive,worldwide,royalty-free licence to use your name, your company name, your logo and a description of your app to identify you as a member and to promote the programme and the apps built through it. We will follow any brand guidance you give us in writing. You can withdraw this permission for future use by writing to us; material already produced or distributed may continue to circulate,but we will cease new uses within a reasonable period.

Any other use of your materials, including a case study, a quotation or an appearance in a campaign, is agreed with you separately.

6. Programmes within ERDN

Specific programmes have their own terms, which apply in addition to these Terms and control where they differ:

• The ERDN Pitch Program Terms and Conditions govern applications to the Pitch programme, the prototype device provided to selected applicants, the conditions attached to keeping it, and the publicity arrangements for that programme.
• Early access to unreleased SDKs, APIs, firmware and hardware is confidential information under Section 7 of the Even Hub Developer Platform Terms of Service. You may use it only to build and test for Even Hub, you may not make it public, and the obligation runs for five years after your membership ends, or for as long as the material remains a trade secret. Where we set a date from which a specific release may be discussed, we tell you what is releasable. Unreleased material does not commit us to release anything, and we may ask you to return or delete it when your access ends,except for copies retained under applicable law or in routine backup systems,which must remain protected and may not be used for any other purpose.

7. Ending membership

You can leave at any time by telling us, and we will remove your access to member-only channels and benefits.

We can end or suspend your membership where you breach these Terms, the Developer Terms or the Community Guidelines, where we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts using your registered contact details, where the programme changes, or where we are required to act by law. We will tell you, and we will give the reason, unless the law prevents it.

When membership ends:

• access to member-only channels, early access material and member benefits stops;
• confidentiality obligations continue in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and Section 7 of the Even Hub Developer Platform Terms of Service;
• you must stop describing yourself as a current member, and we stop listing you as one;
• your Even Hub developer account, your published apps and your Developer Terms are unaffected, unless the same conduct also breaches those terms; and
• any hardware provided under a specific programme is dealt with under that programme's terms.

We can change or end the programme itself. Where we do, we will tell members in advance through the channels we use for the programme.

8. Support, recommendations and how apps are ranked

Commercial partnerships and developer support, including support through ERDN, may influence whether an app is included in our Even Hub recommendations and receives visibility. We do not sell recommendation placements. How selections are made is explained in How Even Hub Recommends and Ranks Plug-ins.

Membership does not exempt an app from review. Every app you publish goes through Publication Review under Section 3.3 of the Even Hub Developer Platform Terms of Service, and the enforcement and appeal routes in Sections 3.4 and 3.5 of those Terms apply to members in the same way.

9. Liability and governing law

The disclaimers, the limitation of liability, the governing law and the dispute resolution provisions set out in Sections 10, 11 and 12.2 of the Developer Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply as if set out in full herein.

10. Changes and contact

We update these Terms as the programme develops, and we publish the updated effective date. Where the Developer Terms or applicable law require advance notice of a change, we give that notice.

For material changes that adversely affect members’ rights or obligations, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice through the channels we use for the programme. Non-material changes may take effect when published.

Where an urgent change is required to comply with applicable law or address a security risk, we may provide a shorter notice period or make the change effective immediately, and we will explain the reason where reasonably practicable. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by applicable law or agreed with you. If you do not agree to a change, you may leave ERDN before it takes effect.
